Our mission
Hope Backup International's mission is to empower underprivileged adolescent mothers with the tools and resources they need to work their way out of extreme poverty, care for their children, and strengthen their families and communities.
Our vision
We envision a society in which underprivileged adolescent mothers are empowered and lifted out of extreme poverty. They possess the skills to provide a better life for themselves, their families and are equal partners in their communities.
Our core values & Guiding principles
Integrity/Honesty: we are straightforward; saying what we mean and meaning what we say, living honestly; demonstrating that everything that we do can be trusted and living up to the trust that others have placed in us.
Compassion: we understand other people’s circumstance; ensuring the quality of life for those in need.
Responsible action: we acknowledge our duty and responsibility to make the world a better place, and respond in an effective way that fosters hopefulness for the future, installs a vision of what can be, and draws others forward a positive way.
Excellence: we strive toward the best we can do and pursue our mission.
